Every KOMOREBI will be carefully cared before being sent to you so you can enjoy it as new. It will then be accommodated in a beautiful organic cotton handmade bag where you can store it whenever you're not using it. Along with your kimono, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity and a full cultural, social and iconographic description of the exclusive piece that you're purchasing.

Please let us know the name of whom the KOMOREBI you are purchasing is destined to in the box "Special Instructions to the seller" on your cart. We like to know with whom our kimonos continue their history.

 

DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders over 200€ to Portugal. We ship worldwide. Delivery duties are not included in the item price when shipping to all countries outside the UE - this means you may be liable to pay import duties on receipt of your order.

  

SHIPPING

As soon as we have received your order we will send it to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.

The risks associated with the products will transfer to you as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address. There are no separate shipping costs.

*Please note that due to high demand during sale periods the above times can be longer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders will be dispatched within 2 full business days after placing your order.

*Please note every kimono will be carefully dry-cleaned before being sent to you so you can enjoy it as new. All orders will be provided with insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined unless otherwise requested. An additional 1-2 business days processing time is required.

Portugal – 2-3 working days

Europe – 3-4 working days

Rest of the world – 7-10 working days

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping on all orders over €200.00 to Portugal. Shipping Rates on orders under €200.00 – €10.00.

International shipping rates:

Europe – €20.00

Rest of the world via FedEx Standard – €30.00

CUSTOMS

Please note that all goods are shipped from Portugal and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

 

RETURNS

We do hope you love your new purchase.  However, we also strive to ensure we provide the best service to our clients.  Thus, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your item for a full refund on all full price items. Please contact us before returning any items at service@komorebikimonos.com.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and protected in a box.

When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
